By accessing or using 9jasubplug (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
9jasubplug offers a range of digital services including airtime & data top-ups, utility bill payments, sale of educational/exam pins, virtual NGN & USD cards, gift card redemption, marketplace features, delivery services, affiliate/reseller programs, and other fintech solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
All transactions processed through the Platform are final once confirmed. Payments must be made via supported payment methods. Prices, fees, limits, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout. You must verify transaction details before confirming. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect input by users.
Refunds are considered for failed, duplicate, or undelivered services after verification. Requests must be submitted within 72 hours with supporting evidence. Certain services (for example instant airtime top-ups) are non-refundable once processed. All refunds are subject to internal review and partner/provider rules.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or to exploit security vulnerabilities. Automated scraping, spamming, distribution of malware, or actions that negatively impact the Platform are strictly prohibited.
You must comply with all applicable laws and must not impersonate others or provide false information. Abuse of referral, bonus, or promotional programs may result in suspension or forfeiture of benefits. You are responsible for the legality of items sold via the marketplace.
All content, branding, logos, designs and intellectual property on 9jasubplug are owned by 9jasubplug or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform you consent to our data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9jasubplug will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access or use of the Platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for third-party failures.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 9jasubplug, its affiliates, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law or regulation. You may also close your account at any time, subject to any obligations that survive termination.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, law, or business operations. We will post revisions on the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services and partners. We are not responsible for their practices, content, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
